This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs use of Prime Executive Support's ("Prime," "we," "us," or "our") website, forms, content, resources, systems, Optimus AI, and other digital features.
Use our services lawfully, respectfully, securely, and only for their intended purposes.
1. Acceptable Use
Users may use Prime's website and digital services for legitimate personal or business purposes consistent with applicable law, this Policy, Prime's Terms & Conditions, and applicable service agreements.
Users remain responsible for their activity, submitted information, instructions, account or system use, and use of information obtained through Prime.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Prime's website, forms, Optimus, systems, content, or resources to violate applicable law or another person's rights; commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, impersonation, deception, harassment, or threats; gain unauthorized access; introduce malware or malicious code; conduct harmful automated attacks; overload or intentionally disrupt systems; bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions; submit unauthorized confidential information; infringe intellectual property; violate privacy or confidentiality rights; abuse forms for spam; submit fraudulent inquiries; conduct malicious automated submissions; misrepresent identity, authority, or affiliation; or materially interfere with Prime's legitimate business operations.
Users must not scrape, crawl, probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or test Prime's systems in a manner that is unauthorized, abusive, harmful, disruptive, or prohibited by applicable law or contract.
This Policy does not prohibit standard search-engine indexing, approved monitoring, authorized testing, activities expressly authorized by Prime, or activities protected by applicable law.
3. Optimus AI
Users must not use Optimus to bypass safeguards; extract hidden system instructions; obtain credentials, secrets, or protected information; manipulate the system into unauthorized disclosure; facilitate malware, fraud, phishing, or impersonation; exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with AI infrastructure; bypass access or security controls; or misrepresent Optimus output.
Optimus is an AI-assisted tool and does not have independent authority to bind Prime unless Prime expressly authorizes a particular automated function through a legally effective process.
Ordinary conversational output is informational and does not independently approve refunds, alter agreements, waive rights, or create binding commercial commitments.
4. Security & System Integrity
Users may not intentionally exploit vulnerabilities, defeat security controls, access unauthorized information, establish unauthorized persistence, alter or destroy data, disrupt availability, or access unrelated accounts or systems.
Discovery of a suspected vulnerability does not authorize exploitation, persistence, access to unrelated information, publication of confidential information, destruction of data, disruption, or further unauthorized intrusion.
Suspected security issues may be reported to connect@primeexecutivesupport.com. This contact address does not create a bug-bounty, compensation, or formal vulnerability-disclosure commitment.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Website access does not transfer ownership of Prime's branding, content, designs, software, documentation, methodologies, prompts, systems, proprietary resources, or other intellectual property.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation, reproduction, distribution, removal of ownership notices, or derivative exploitation is prohibited except where authorized by Prime or permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy overrides a lawful exception that cannot be waived.
6. Enforcement
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and controlling agreements, Prime may take reasonable action concerning suspected or confirmed violations, including rejecting submissions; limiting access; blocking abusive traffic; restricting functionality; suspending or terminating applicable access or services; preserving relevant records; investigating suspected abuse; protecting systems and users; and pursuing contractual or available legal remedies.
Prime is not required to continue providing access that is being unlawfully or materially misused.
This Policy does not authorize Prime to destroy, seize, or unlawfully alter a user's systems or data. Any technical enforcement, including any electronic self-help in a transaction where Virginia's Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act applies, must remain consistent with applicable law and controlling agreements.
7. No Waiver & Reservation of Rights
Prime's failure or delay in enforcing this Policy does not automatically waive its right to act later.
A warning, accommodation, exception, delayed enforcement, restored access, correction, or concession does not automatically establish precedent or a continuing obligation.
Prime reserves its contractual and legal rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Systems
Prime may depend on independent hosting, AI, communications, analytics, security, software, and infrastructure providers. Prime does not control independent third-party systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and controlling agreements, Prime is not responsible for failures or interruptions attributable solely to independent systems outside Prime's reasonable control.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy should be read with Prime's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Usage Policy, Service Waiver & Client Acknowledgement, Security Policy, Cancellation Policy, and applicable client agreements.
A binding engagement-specific agreement controls within its scope where it establishes different or additional requirements.
10. Virginia Law
This Policy is administered from the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to choice-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's law.
Nothing in this Policy limits a right, remedy, obligation, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
11. Changes
Prime may prospectively update this Policy as services, technology, security practices, Optimus functionality, business practices, or applicable law evolve.
The Last Updated date identifies the current published version. Updating this public webpage does not by itself retroactively modify an already executed client agreement.
