As a Client Success Coordinator, you will welcome new clients, facilitate smooth onboarding handoffs, monitor satisfaction, and address service inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through discovery and onboarding questionnaires, tool access setup, and expectations alignment.
- Conduct periodic satisfaction check-ins and capture actionable feedback for service refinement.
- Coordinate client escalation resolution with dedicated executive assistant and operations teams.
- Track client renewals, service expansions, and onboarding milestone completion.
- Maintain comprehensive client profile records and communication logs in the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client success, account coordination, or client onboarding experience in B2B services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills with a genuine service mindset.
- Ability to resolve questions calmly, professionally, and promptly.
- Experience using CRM platforms to document client notes and interaction history.
