Prime Executive Support builds and maintains CRM systems that turn chaotic inboxes into structured revenue pipelines. We are welcoming experienced CRM & Automation Specialists into our specialized talent pool to support client platform audits, data deduplication, and workflow automations.
Responsibilities
- Audit, clean, and deduplicate contact records across HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive.
- Build automated email follow-up sequences, task triggers, and lead routing rules.
- Connect web forms, calendar bookings, and CRM systems via Zapier, Make, or native API webhooks.
- Establish data validation standards and document client CRM architecture guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of specialized CRM administration and workflow automation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two major platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Proven track record building multi-step Zapier or Make automation workflows.
- Relentless commitment to data integrity and confidential record handling.
