Role Overview

We are building our talent pool for an SEO & Content Specialist to support client website visibility, search architecture, keyword research, and on-page optimization. You will ensure client digital assets are discoverable, accurate, and aligned with search intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-page and technical SEO reviews: meta tags, headings, canonicals, and site hierarchy.
  • Perform keyword research and construct clear, actionable content outlines for client blogs and service pages.
  • Implement schema markup (Organization, Service, FAQ, Article) and verify rich result eligibility.
  • Analyze Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven search engine optimization experience with measurable organic traffic outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and crawl budget fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
  • Strict avoidance of black-hat tactics, doorway pages, or low-quality AI spam generation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern CMS platforms (custom PHP, WordPress, Webflow).
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and entity search graphs.
