Prime Executive Support ("Prime," "we," "us," or "our") values responsible reports that help protect our website, systems, clients, and users.
Reporting a Potential Vulnerability
If you believe you have identified a potential security vulnerability involving Prime, report it privately to connect@primeexecutivesupport.com.
Include enough information for Prime to understand and evaluate the issue, such as the affected URL or feature, a concise description, and reasonable reproduction details.
Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Prime has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
Responsible Research
A vulnerability report does not grant permission to exceed authorized access, interfere with systems, or access information unrelated to the suspected issue.
Unless Prime expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, do not:
- access, copy, modify, delete, retain, or disclose another person's information;
- obtain or attempt to obtain credentials, confidential information, or restricted content;
- bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls;
- introduce malware or establish persistent access;
- use phishing, social engineering, credential attacks, or brute force;
- conduct denial-of-service, load, stress, or disruptive testing; or
- intentionally damage, degrade, interrupt, or materially alter Prime's website, systems, services, data, or third-party infrastructure.
Sensitive Information
If sensitive information is encountered unintentionally, stop immediately.
Do not continue accessing it. Do not retain, copy, use, or disclose it. Report the issue promptly.
No Bug Bounty or Automatic Safe Harbor
Unless Prime expressly agrees otherwise in writing, submitting a report does not create any entitlement to:
- payment;
- reward;
- compensation;
- employment;
- contractual rights;
- immunity;
- waiver; or
- legal safe harbor.
Prime determines how reports are investigated, prioritized, remediated, and communicated, subject to applicable law and controlling contractual obligations.
Prime reserves all rights and remedies regarding malicious, deceptive, unlawful, unauthorized, abusive, or disruptive activity.
Nothing in this policy limits any right, obligation, liability, or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Virginia Law
This Responsible Disclosure Policy is administered from Virginia and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
